Q: How is the fabric attached?
A: The fabric is wrapped around the panel and then secured to the back of the panel utilizing special contact adhesives. Care is given to ensure that the grain lines of the fabric are properly aligned.

Q: Are the panels rewrapped?
A: Yes. Our crews can remove and rewrap existing panels with new fabric or repair damage with existing fabric.

Q: How are the panels mounted?
A: Typically, the panels are pneumatically nailed to the subsurface with headless nails. This method provides the most exact alignment of the panels. Other methods of attachment include ook and loop, mechanical clips, magnetic tape and adhesives.

Q: What types of fabrics can be used?
A: There are virtually thousands of fabrics, vinyls and leathers that can be used on the panels. The basic guidelines below set out the most important factors to consider when choosing a covering:

       1. Fabric must be upholstery weight
       2. Fabric must be opaque.
       3. Fabric must have a Class A Fire Rating (or be flameproofed).
       4. Fabric must not be paper backed.
We strongly suggest you contact Executive Wall Concepts for additional information on proper fabric applications.

Q: What type of panels are available?
A: Panels can be designed for acoustical qualities, as tackable surfaces or incorporate the benefits of both.

Q: Are the panels fire rated?
A: Yes. When used with the proper fabrics, the panels meet Class A Surface Burning Characteristics per ASTM E 84.
